Join us on a baking journey where you’ll be learning different baking techniques. You’ll get full hands-on experience on doing the following bakes:

1) Lemon Curd Tart Dome Entermet

Making of sweet shortcrust pastry (individual|hands-on)

2) Chocolate Hazelnut Feuilllentine Tart

Making of chocolate almond tart base (demo)

Making of praline layer (demo)

Making of chocolate ganache (Pair|hands-on)

Making of chocolate glaze (Demo)

3) Strawberry Tart

Making of sweet shortcrust pastry (individual|hands-on)

Making of pastry cream (Pair|hands-on)

Assembling of strawberry tart (individual|hands-on)


Take home 9 three-inch tarts in total; 3 of each flavour.

The cost fees  is at $180, fully claimable from skillsfuture credits.
Please note:
  • Our classes are fully hands-on; you will get to do from scratch. Depending on the recipes, you might be working individually or in pairs.
  • You are welcome to bring home all your completed bakes
To Book:

Step 2: Check out your cart (Please ensure you fill up your name as per NRIC and state your NRIC number below)
Step 3: Wait for the official invoice from us
Step 4: Log into your skillsfuture account using your singpass and submit your skillsfuture claim
Step 5: Your slot is only confirmed when your skillsfuture claim is approved. We’ll rsvp you for your attendance 3 days before the class starts.
